it was a postwar utopian font used for modern day use. It communicates modernism and simplistic thoughts in my opinion and is used for many brands and everyday signs.
       6. Helvetica is called a rational type-face- why?

It's a rational type face because it's simple and gets to the point, it's a very logical and sensible font.

      7. What is typography?

Typography is the art and technique of arranging type to make written language legible, readable, and appealing when displayed.
